ASDS Global respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice that substantially complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) or an equivalent notice under your local law.
What to include in a notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material appears
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

After we receive a notice
Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where appropriate, we may disable or remove access to the material and document the action. Misrepresentation in a copyright notice can create legal liability for the sender—only submit claims you are entitled to make.
