Exemption / role
To the extent this site acts as a distributor, platform, or secondary transmitter of third-party adult content, record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations remain with the primary producer(s) of each work. We do not knowingly allow content depicting anyone under 18 years of age.
Age of performers
All persons depicted in adult content made available through ASDS Global were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created, according to the representations of the originating producers or rights holders. Users must also be 18+ to access the site.
Custodian of records
For works where a third-party producer is the primary producer, the custodian of records is that producer or their designated custodian. Questions about a specific listing can be sent to support@asdsglobal.com; we will direct inquiries to the appropriate rights holder when known.
Reporting concerns
